Stellenbosch, South Africa, 2019. 13%abv. Fine Cabernet Sauvignon hailing from coastal Stellenbosch and ally inq power with elegance and freshness. The Wild Fermentation process makes this wine Vegan friendly.  A very drinkable Cab with hints of leafy cassis, juicy dark fruit characters and notes of star anise. The palate has length and elegance ending rich yet bright on the palate.

A great combination for many dishes including pastas & red meat dishes. Especially well suited to Game dishes & roasted vegetables.
