Cave de Turckheim Crémant d’Alsace Brut Organic NV

Alsace, France. 13%abv. This traditional method sparkling wine offers fine bubbles and fruity flavours. Applely, floral Pinot Blanc and spicy honeyed Auxerrois are traditionally vinified together, and the Pinot Gris brings body and weight. Fresh, intense and well-balanced, crisp and supple.

An elegant apéritif, but a lovely option for a wide range of seafood, poultry or cheese dishes whatever the occasion.

Lunetta Rosé Spumante Brut

Trentino, Italy, 2019. A beautifully fresh & dry sparkling rosé from the foothills of the Dolomite mountains. A sparkling rosé with persistent mousse, beautifully salmon pink in colour. Red berries on the nose and palate leading to a fresh, delicate & incisive finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or with light summer salads. Perfect all on its own!

St. Hilaire Brut Blanquette de Limoux

Limoux, France, 2018. Before Champagne, the Monks of St. Hilaire created the world’s first sparkling wine. A refreshing dry sparkling wine with delicate aromas of apple & refreshing citrus. On the palate the bubbles are fine and soft and the rich fruity flavours are balanced by a crisp acidity that invites you to take another sip.

Vin de France, France. 11.5%abv. Bright and lively, packed with orchard fruit, and with all of the white flower aromas its name suggests. The perfect party wine, this is soft, approachable, and all too easy to drink.

The ideal apéritif, alongside canapés or an antipasto selection.

Mirabello Rosé Spumante Brut NV

Vino Spumante, Italy. 11.5%. A delicate pink sparkling rosé with strawberry and raspberry aromas and soft berry characters on the palate. Fresh acidity balanced by zesty, cherry notes makes this an easy and appealing fizz.

A perfect aperitif, picnic or party wine.

Mas Macià Cava Brut NV

Penedés, Spain. 12%abv. White fruit and citrus aromas lead onto a complex palate with green apple, stone fruit and a touch of white spice. Bubbles are fine and persistent through to the long finish and gentle savoury twist.

Delicious as an aperitif, great with tapas, but equally with enough conecentration and complexity to drink throughout a meal.
