IGP Pays d’Oc, France, 2018. 13.5% Abv. Deep colour with an elegant peppery nose. The palate is medium to full, with sweet berry fruits, a touch of spice, black olive and pepper. It finishes with sweet luscious tannins.
Allspice, Clove & Mint are great spices to add to Lamb recipes to bring out the Syrah flavour.
