Les Trois Domaines Rouge

Guerrouane, Morocco, 2019. From an area that has been growing wine for 2000 years. The dry, sunny altitude and sandy soils create a subtle, approachable and very, very drinkable wine. It has number of similarities to wines from Southern France but is a little more spicy and doesn’t have any of the ‘jaminess’ you sometimes with wines from hot climes.

Great with North African dishes. Fresh Lamb & Beef dishes goes especially well with this wine.

58 Guineas Unoaked Claret

Bordeaux, France, 2018. Unmistakably claret on the nose; dark damson fruit backed by good depth on the palate. Easy to enjoy on its own thanks to its ripe yet present structure, this is proper Bordeaux that pairs well with a wide range of dishes.

Great to enjoy with a BBQ or bangers & mash. A distinctly versatile Bordeaux so the choice is yours.

Terrazze della Luna Teroldego Rotaliano

Trentino, Italy, 2019. A fruit-forward and vibrant red with aromas of ripe black cherry and forest fruits. A savoury palate with juicy fruit balanced by fresh sappy acidity. Ripe summer pudding characters mingle with bitter chocolate, liquorice and spicy notes.

In the region it would typically be served with tagliatelle and venison, but this works well with any pasta dishes with meat or tomato-based sauces.

Paolini Nerello Mascalese

Sicily, Italy, 2019. Found growing on the foothills of Mount Etna in Sicily, this variety represents outstanding value & is often compared to top quality Pinot Noir. This example is a great place to start if you havent tried the grape before, velvety soft with subtle perfumed notes & juicy black cherry, raspberry & spice across the palate.

Roast pork is an ideal pairing for Nerello Mascelese. Its also a great complement to Beef, Lamb & Pasta.

Messmer Pfalz Spätburgunder

Pfalz, Germany, 2018. 100% Pinot Noir. Aromas of bright strawberry fruit. Fresh and juicy red berry characters on the palate with savoury ad spice notes, all backed by supple tannins.

Drink with crispy duck pancakes or char sui pork dishes, goes great with Asian fusion dishes.

The Fifth Red Red

Argentina, 2019. A delightful Cabernet Sauvignon with rich dark fruit on the nose, plum and cherry on the palate and a finish that just invites another sip.

Great with grilled Red Meat, try this wine with a tender Steak and you won’t be disappointed!
